Provable settlement, on your own books

Nothing moves unproven.

Frame is software that runs inside your institution, on your keys. Before a settlement, it checks the instruction against your own policy; if the check fails, nothing moves. After, it seals what happened into a receipt. Your auditor, your counterparty, or your regulator can verify that receipt on their own machine without asking us. Frame holds no money, no keys and no ledger.

Remove Frame tomorrow, and you hold exactly what you held.

1.0 What it does

It checks before.
It proves after.

Before. Your systems call Frame at the release step. Frame runs your policy: who may act, for whom, within what limits, and whether the checks you already run came back clean. It allows, refuses, or escalates, and it defaults to no. Your own systems release the money. Frame never does.

After. Every settlement, and every refusal, lands as a sealed entry in a record that only grows. Any entry can be packed into a file an outsider checks on their own machine: what was agreed, who consented, under what authority, and that the books changed and net to zero. No login to your systems. No call to us.

2.0 What it holds

Frame holds nothing.

It runs inside your perimeter, in hardware that proves which code it ran, under keys you hold. Your ledger stays the record of truth. Value never passes through Frame: only the decision goes in, and only the proof comes out. Both legs settle, or neither does, and your own books do the settling. Remove Frame tomorrow, and you’ll hold exactly what you held, and every receipt will still verify against the key you pinned.

3.0 Who it’s for

One product. Three places
it lands first.

For issuers of stablecoins and tokenised deposits

Proof of reserves, continuous. You already pay for an attestation and get a stale PDF. Frame replaces it with continuous proof: issued value never exceeded its backing, over the whole period. Your auditor checks it on their own systems. Then the reserve is enforced before a mint or a redemption settles, not reported on afterwards.

For group treasurers

Your intraday position, provable. See your intraday position as something you can prove, not just assert. Set it against the balances your own books already trap. Net gross obligations across your entities and settle the residual, with the gross truth still provable to the tax authority behind you.

For banks

Settle on your own books. Prove it to anyone. Your ledger stays the system of record. Nothing installs at any other bank, and nobody joins anything. Between two banks, what crosses is a message with the proof inside it: the books changed, both sides consented, the entries net to zero. It works for one bank alone, and every second bank makes the first worth more. Every alternative needs a club before it needs a customer.

4.0 Check it yourself

Don’t take our word
for any of this.

We hand you a sealed test settlement and the verifier, and you run it on your own machine. Try to fake a record; it refuses. Pull the plug mid-settlement; it comes back clean. Edit the database by hand; it won’t start. You either break it, or you can’t. Either way, you decide.

5.0 What Frame isn’t

Not a chain. Not a network.
Not a custodian.

Not a chain. No shared ledger, no token, nothing to join. Where we anchor a proof to a chain you already use, we’re a user of it. Not a network. Each institution runs its own instance. Nobody else is on yours. Not a custodian. No funds, no keys, no asset. Your custody stack keeps all three; Frame is the gate in front of it. Not a rail. Frame never sends an instruction and never holds a leg. Your systems do, on the rails you already run. Not a compliance product. Frame runs no models, writes no policy and files no reports. It enforces your decision at the time of settlement and confirms the outcome.
